Cloud performance

Week 9 talks heavily about resources, such as RTO vs. RPO and elasticity in cloud systems, which explains how resources were used and allocated. Cloud usually provides many services that help technicians monitor and notify, such as messages, whenever there is an unexpected occurrence that could, such as a system error or cyber breach, which is the way of efficient and effective communication to assist technicians. 

The book talks a lot about monitoring things, such as using AWS like CloudWatch, similar to the Google Analytics tool, as it provides recent alarms and activity if there is a problem. So far, we have this type of program that identifies the source of the issue.
